A software test engineer from a development or conformance test environment with 3 years minimum testing experience. Suitable candidates will have extensive experience of blackbox testing, preferably of testing telecommunication protocols. The suitable candidate will as well be able to analyse the test results generated by the test systems and be capable of feeding back diagnostics to the software development teams.

Experience of any of the following is very desirable (but not mandatory):-

Conformance testing of communications equipment.
Development blackbox testing of communication protocols.
Programming in C/C++, Java, TTCN.
GSM, GPRS, other OSI and/or TCP/IP protocols.

Candidates should be educated to degree or equivalent level in any of the following disciplines:-

Computer Science
Mathematics
Any Engineering discipline

In addition candidates must be good communicators and team players.

Candidates with 1+ years experience testing GSM, GPRS or UMTS systems will be given preference and, depending on experience, exemption from some of the above criteria.
